December 15, 2003—B’nai B’rith International today sent the following
letter of thanks President George Bush expressing the organization’s
thanks and gratitude for the capture of Saddam Hussein:
Dear Mr. President:
This is a proud moment in American history and for your presidency.
We commend your leadership as Commander and Chief and the resolve with
which you stayed the course in the battle to eliminate terrorism and
promote stability in the Middle East.

B'nai B'rith: The roadmap doesn't run through The Hague
Washington, D.C. (December 8, 2003) - The United Nation's General
Assembly yesterday, in a 90-74-8 vote, opted to send the question of
Israel's security fence to the International Court of Justice. B'nai
B'rith International (BBI) feels strongly that the settling of
Israeli-Palestinian issues via international tribunal is unwise and sets
a dangerous precedent in its attempt to politicize the court. Only the
Israeli government and Palestinian leaders can bring peace to the
region.

B'nai B'rith protests against EU envoy
B'nai B'rith Europe has sent a letter of protest to EU officials Javier
Solana and Chris Patten censuring the EU's ambassador to Israel for
comments they said downplayed anti-Semitism in Europe.
In comments made at a press briefing carried by The Jerusalem Post,
Giancarlo Chevallard said while he can't say whether there has been an
increase in European anti-Semitism, there has definitely been an
